ECSE 304-535

Learning Outcomes

Upon successful completion of this course students will be able to:

  1. Introduces students to the analysis and design of electronic circuits for the purpose of monolithic integration using an advanced CMOS process (PA.1, PA.2).

  2. Students will learn about CMOS devices, circuit arrangements for IC integration, layout principles and switched capacitor circuits (PA.3).

  3. Introduces students to the electronic circuit design flow using a computer-aided design (CAD) package (IN.1, IN.2, IN.3).

  4. Students will develop their design skills by creating a CMOS circuit for a data conversion application involving switched-capacitor circuits (DE).
